REFUND POLICY : 50% refunds will be approved after course enrollment, that too if refund requested within 3 days. After 3 days of enrollment, no refund will be issued. As students have started to misuse this form of education, they first take the course, learn from it and start demanding refunds. So 50% refunds will be approved or issued after the enrollment of courses, and too if you request refund within 3 days of enrollment. So make sure to check the refund policy before enrolling for the courses.
TeckTutor may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons: TeckTutor & the owner Rajat Gupta of this website TeckTutor is a participant in the E Learning & E Education Program, an education platform program designed to provide a means for earning with years of experience & training to earn fees by educating and teaching money making skills to Aspiring Students.
Please Note : All the videos are made in HD Quality with 1920*1080 Resolution Quality, and requires high internet speed usage. Therefore make sure that your internet speed is high enough for the software to detect automatically and present the videos in HD Quality. No refund will be issues due to software not presenting videos in high quality.
Due to an issue with the years of experience & service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the course, TeckTutor may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item; TeckTutor does not personally, directly or officially ship the courses. Therefore the refunds or shipping claims or disputes must be and can be directly raised via TeckTutor.com
Non-delivery of the course: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the course, TeckTutor may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the course. TeckTutor recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as TeckTutor ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the courses are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
course not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, course samples, screen shots) of each type of the course offered before making a purchase.
